You can also schedule meals, save favourite recipes, and share your collected recipes with family or friends.
Can I customise my meal plans based on dietary restrictions?
Answer: Absolutely! Our software allows you to filter recipes and meal plans based on various dietary restrictions, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and more. You can also changed recipe ingredients for your meal plan specifically and create your own recipe from your changes for re-use.
How do I generate a grocery list from my meal plan?
Answer: Once you’ve created your meal plan, simply click on the “Confirm meal plan” option. The software will compile all the ingredients needed for the selected meals and organise them by category (e.g., produce, dairy, grains) for easy shopping. You can also edit the list to add or remove items as needed and take it with you by scanning the QR code on your phone. Easy!
What is a Meal Plan?
Answer: A Meal Plan is a collection of recipes chosen by you to make for the week. It allows you to organise your meals in advance, ensuring you have all the necessary ingredients and helping to streamline your grocery shopping and meal preparation. With our meal planning feature, you can customise your meals based on your preferences and dietary needs. You can also adjust the servings to suit your household size and save your favourite meal plans for future use.
There aren’t enough recipes / I can’t find the right recipes.
Answer: If you can’t find the right recipes, don’t worry! You have the option to create your own recipes within We Eat Well. Once created, you can choose to keep them private for your own use, or share them with the rest of the We Eat Well community. This way, you can contribute to the growing recipe library and help others discover new meal ideas. Just go to “Create Recipe” in the Profile dropdown, fill in the recipe details, add the ingredients and instructions, and then choose whether to keep it private or share it with the community.
I have found a recipe I like, can I save it for later?
Yes, you can easily save recipes for later! Simply use the “Save for Later” option to bookmark any recipe you like. You can also add the recipe to a custom collection you’ve created, allowing you to organise your favourite recipes into categories like “Weeknight Dinners,” “Healthy Meals,” or anything else that suits your needs. This makes it easy to find and revisit your favourite recipes whenever you’re ready to cook.
